Absentee Bidding process
Live Internet Bidding will be available for the Express Ranches Spring 2012 Bull Sale
FREE DELIVERY TO CENTRAL LOCATIONS
Express Ranches offers its customers free delivery to anywhere in the lower 48 states. As a
part of that delivery we work with reputable livestock transportation companies that we feel
comfortable with in the handling of your cattle in both a professional and conscientious way.
Express Ranches will do everything possible to deliver your cattle to a central location that is
convenient for both you and the trucking company. Central locations for delivery will include
auction barns, vet clinics and ranches that offer to serve as a delivery point. We will map out
the route after the sale and do our best to get your bulls to you as quickly and conveniently as
possible. if you would like to insure your cattle, you can do so on sale day. Most of the cattle to
be delivered from the sale are delivered within 30 days after the sale. if you have any questions
on delivery, please notify kevin Hafner at (405) 641-8100.
Please assist us by leaving the correct contact people and numbers so our staff can keep you
informed as to the status of your delivery.
We will also be offering a
$50 PER HEAD REBATE
for customers that arrange
to pick up their bulls here at our sale location within one week of the sale.
EXpRESS RANCHES BREEDING GUARANTEE
We guarantee that all bulls sold by Express Ranches are fertile to the best of our knowledge
and have passed a Breeding Soundness Exam 30 to 45 days prior to the sale. Although all bulls
have passed a BSE, we know certain problems can arise after you receive your purchase. to
help ensure your investment, Express Ranches will guarantee all bulls selling against breeding
injury, and to be sound breeders for the first breeding season. Breeding season is defined as
the 90-day period following the first turnout of the bulls. We will provide you with a satisfactory
replacement, if available, or issue you a credit equal to the bull’s purchase price minus the
salvage value received for that bull. this is not a life insurance policy however. We will not
replace a dead animal if it is killed or dies for any reason.

All bulls are developed on a high roughage ration from weaning until sale time in large traps allowing them to get out and be bulls! We feed to obtain optimum performance while not sacrificing
longevity! While extreme weights are impressive, we feel keeping cattle sound and functional are equally important. We have spent countless hours developing a feeding program that not only
allows us to amplify the genetic potential, but keeps the cowman in mind that purchases him. All Bulls are on a 40-45% hay-based ration fed not over 3% of body weight. After all scan data is
retrieved, bulls are backed off of feed, and hardened up to first turn out condition. this allows us to eliminate the bulls that fail to respond when conditioning for the upcoming sale.
To sum it up, we try to get the bulls into the same shape we like to buy them in!
